This week for #SelfHelpSunday, we wanted to highlight domestic violence awareness month, by giving you some information about domestic violence, and what to do if you or a loved becomes a victim. Domestic Violence (or parter violence) is the willful intimidation, physical assault, battery, sexual assault, and/or other abusive behavior as part of a  pattern of control perpetrated by one intimate partner against another. It can include physical violence, sexual violence, psychological aggression, and emotional abuse. While the frequency and severity of domestic violence can vary, the negative impact it has on one's mental health is certain. Swipe left to view each slide!⁠
