Earlier this week kellyswoope and wxpatpete got to learn about the Emmart Pierpont Safe House located off of Rolling Road in a small community called Rockdale. 

The house features a special brick that let freedom seekers know that it was a safe haven. 

We can’t wait to tell you more about this little bit of history in Maryland.
