Zone entries with speed. As hockey athletes advance puck handling training should increasing become game specific and be executed at high speeds and in uncomfortable positions. Puck handling circuits are still beneficial to warm up hands and work the underlying fine motor skills but for most athletes today over handling is a problem. This general rule applies as you move up the hockey ranks - handle less, move the puck faster.
