Fun getting started with the BSM Boys Baseball crew this weekend! They work on core strength and stability, leg/hip/glute strength, and do shoulder prehab every workout. Three times a week they have Cage Time for an hour. Batting, throwing, spike ball, and hand/eye coordination games. All of this is at our facility inside Champions Hall!
