A little flashback to our spring 12U/15U complete athlete program. We had an absolute blast with these girls!! There was never a dull moment on the ice. 
This program focused on building athleticism. Most of it wasn't spent on the ice but in the gym. Build a wide athletic base and you are more adaptable as you get older.
