When working on your edges, make sure you are varying the speed and turn radius. If you only work on your inside edge with one speed and one pattern, you'll miss out on the benefits of variable practice. Your edge may not hold at a higher speed or tighter turn. Diversity in training increases long-term retention and applicability to game situations.
