Today will be my 8th session of UVB therapy (essentially a light box, a little bit like tanning but only emits UVB rays and is supervised by a dermatologist) to help with my guttate psoriasis that came about mid-November. I started in the UVB box at 42 seconds and last session I was up to 1 min and 16 seconds. .
I’ve posted some pictures of the progression - it got worse before it got better and at points it was so uncomfortable. Now I still get discomfort (especially on my legs, burning and itching) but it’s not nearly as bad.

I’ve slowly been more confident in showing my skin too, although I still have lots of marks all over. It’s getting better though and I think I can get this condition under control, slowly but surely 🥰
