🌟 TEAM MEMBER MONDAY 🌟

This Monday, we’re shouting out our Head Kitchen Manager of our New Hampshire location: Welles! Their go-to sammy is a Vermonter WITH tomato soup “always and for ever” 🤞🏼 One of Welles’ favorite things about Cheese Louise is the fact that they get to play chef, as well as work with their best friends everyday (honorable mention for favorite thing: getting to The Commissary on the Kanc before Conway traffic) As for future plans, Welles doesn’t do that 🙅🏼 #livefreeordie Some of Welles’ best Cheese memories are the Sherman Farm team hangout, the Beach team hangout, and going for a midday dip in the river with the kitchen crew during hot summer days ☀️ 

Welles’ eccentric and lively personality brings soooooo much energy to every prep session. They are overflowing with an admirable amount of creative energy, in the music, art, fashion, and newly added culinary sense. 🎨 In addition to being a fire worker, Welles’ compassion and openness makes them the most wonderful friend 🥰 This fall, Welles has truly persevered in learning how to run the kitchen independently, and we are so proud of the progress they’ve made ❤️
