Give more than you take.  Put yourself out there & build something you are proud of.

When I created The 10X@Growth Conference my goal was to create an environment that provided our partners, sponsors & speakers with an experience with more than money. .

We invested one year marketing the event  flowing power & attention to each of our partners, speakers & sponsors.  In exchange some of the best speakers in the world offered their services for free to be part of this event. .

I have made the commitment to give more than I take in my life and when I do it right my life always improves.

.
I’ve tried my best to always give more than I take.  I haven’t been perfect at it by any means.  Some times I succeed and sometimes I come up short.  Some times I am taken advantage of by those who don’t appreciate the give.

But the better I do at this the more more life seems to improve.  It has helped in my marriage, with my kids, friends and with my partners.  But mostly it helps me feel good about myself.  Knowing you give more than you take puts you in a powerful position with yourself and others.
