Have you ever been given 24 hours to live?⁣

As many of you may know, throughout my pregnancies I was diagnosed with HG and struggled with severe morning sickness where I was throwing up 20-30 times A DAY! ⁣
⁣
I spent most of my days alone in a hospital room, hooked up to countless cords & machines that were supposed to help me through the most challenging time of my life. I cried a LOT and I vividly remember one of my doctors coming next to my hospital bed and giving me and my unborn child 24 hours to live….⁣
⁣
I remember thinking “24 hours?? This can’t be right.” I couldn’t believe this news because deep down I knew that God had a significant plan & purpose for my life. I just didn’t know what it was. As I laid in bed and stared at the walls which my mom had decorated with fall themed decor, I wondered what God’s purpose was for me. I knew there had to be a deeper meaning behind all my pain and suffering, and I knew that I had to put my faith in the Lord and His plan. ⁣
⁣
I ended up giving birth to a beautiful & healthy baby boy, and realized that God was calling me to do something more. It was through my personal struggles that God called me to create Pink Stork as a way to not only help change MY life, but the lives of so many women who were struggling just like I had. ⁣
⁣
Although I didn’t understand in the moment what God had planned, I put all my faith in him and years later I can finally look back and understand now what I didn’t understand then. ⁣
