When you're trying to conceive, it's so important to learn about your cycle (well, in fact, it's important to learn about your cycle when you aren't TTC, too!). Did you track, or are you currently tracking? Comment below ⬇⬇
We really encourage women to get in touch with their bodies more, to make sure they get the timing right.
You can only conceive during your "fertile window." So - what does that mean? There are only a few days each cycle where you & your partner can make a baby - typically the few days before ovulation & the day of ovulation itself! Ovulation is when a mature egg is released from one of the ovaries, which usually takes place near the 14th day of a typical 28-day cycle - but this varies from woman to woman! Some women track their cycle using basal body thermometers, some women use apps, some women track mucus , some use ovulation tests - but many use a combination of all.
Trying to conceive can be STRESSFUL - we know it all to well - but seek support in the ladies who are on the journey with you, in your partner & of course in your healthcare provider to help come up with the right plan for you!
