There are a few great opportunities to get out in the community and serve those effected by Hurricane Matthew and the flooding THIS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. 
A Community Serve Event, organized by the city of Greenville, is happening this Saturday. It’s an opportunity to help clean up, repair, and assist those who suffered damage to their homes as a result of the flooding. If you’d like to participate, please show up anytime from 8:00am - 5:00pm on Saturday at the Tropicana Supermarket in Greenville for instructions from city officials.

A North of the River Share Event is happening on Friday and Saturday as well. Schools are partnering together to collect donations and share them with those in need. To be a part, you can drop-off the following items at Wellcome Middle School this Friday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm or Saturday from 7:15am - 9:00am:
• Gently Used: Furniture, Textiles (linens), Clothes (already sorted and labeled by men’s/women’s/girls/boys), Baby & Kid Items (including toys), Uniforms (all sizes from elementary to high school/colors: black, white, navy).
• Prepackaged/Canned Food, Bottled Water, School Supplies, Cleaning Supplies, Toiletries 
You can also help sort and handout the items. If you’d like to participate, please be at Wellcome Middle School on Friday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm or on Saturday from 7:00am - 2:00pm.
