Kinda don’t want to jinx myself but also kinda wanna scream at the top of a mountain that my metabolism and I are on the same flippin team rn! We have battled each other in the past and I had to learn to be nice to myself, take a break, eat more, and (try to) stress less. AND HERE WE ARE - hitting new low weigh ins weekly. I also started incorporating MORPHOCALM by @morphogenben and I loveeee it. It helps your body with it’s response to stress. I’ll do a review of it on my story if you’d like - lemmeeee know.
