Hiiiiiii 👋🏼 Today I did one of the shoulder workouts that I wrote for #LiftingForLaura and now I’m dead 💀 @chloesfitmom I’m pushing extra hard in the gym for you!! Story: before Laura found out about the mass in her brain, she was texting me saying how badly she wanted to get back in the gym but she’s been so sick lately. Of course I told her to focus on her health - but I know how much she loves the gym, you’ll be back in the gym before you know it Laura - in the meantime we will lift all the weights for you ❤️❤️ (go back a couple posts to read her story)
