Rainiest winter in LA makes for the best St. Patrick’s Day celebration 💚💚💚
Yesterday I did a 10 mile run with toddkupke along the ocean bike path in the morning, then I came home and ate brunch while sitting in my Normatec recovery boots. Then I went on a 3-hour adventure bike ride with nickgoldston through Topanga Canyon, Saddle Peak, Piuma, Malibu, and Santa Monica.
🏔️🚴🏼‍♀️ 🚴🏽‍♂️ 🏔️ 
Ended the day with a girl’s night hosted by emilyabbate who brought together about 30 baddies in the wellness space in LA to have dinner and connect.

As I climbed into bed I thought: my ideal day is being outside and using my body to do what it does best, eating delicious food that fuels me mentally and physically, and spending time with awesome people who make everything more fun and interesting.

The rain in LA has been annoying, but I gotta say… when the sun comes out it’s pretty dazzling 🤩
