The post-triathlon sinus infection had been my least favorite part of the whole experience…
Willing to try anything, I pretty much tried everything. And then I resorted to a round of antibiotics.

I have been so proud of the way my body has handled the triathlon training and the fact that I haven’t had to take any forced time off due to pain or injury. I guess this was my body’s way of telling me I needed to take a week off and rest before the track season gears up! 😴 
I’m all rested up now and ready to go!! 🐎
