I have a love/hate relationship with the dreadmill… on the one hand I’m so glad I don’t have to go outside. On the other hand I feel like a hamster on a wheel, taking a huge part of the JOY of running (being outside) away.
I considered braving the ❄️ but the -24 windchill was a hard no for me!
Hoping it’s not so bad tomorrow for the Frostbite race in Forest Park at 8am! 😳 😬 ❄️
