My anthem to crutches: you won’t break my soul!
Putting this here for all of the people who have messaged me to commiserate with my injury. We’re in this together! Getting creative in the gym with what I can do to stay active, which is so important for both my physical AND mental health.
I’m luckily off crutches this week and able to be pretty mobile again 🙏🏼
