Is your goal to be pretty? To be skinny?
Or is it to be healthy, running pain-free, and happy?

Inspired by kateplusfate’s episode of the voiceinsport podcast this week (you should 100% go listen) I’m challenging myself and YOU to take a step back and ask yourself “What’s really the goal here?” And then “Are my actions taking me closer to that goal?”
This #fastbraidfriday I get to go after a fartlek workout and I’m so grateful for the chance to push my body and mind and get a little closer towards my own goals today! ✨
