The first signs of winter have already arrived in Flagstaff! ❄️❄️❄️ But I’m prepared with my new nordictrack treadmill! Took this baby for a test drive and so far here is what I love about it:
1. A super smooth ride. The treadmill has shock absorption that helps me feel bouncy and light 🏃🏼‍♀️✨ 
2. iFit runs and workouts in beautiful locations all over the world on a 22” screen in front of me so that I can feel like I’m there! (Thanks for the tour of São Miguel Island, leahdanarosenfeld!)
3. The machine automatically adjusts the incline and speed during the workout so you don’t have to be jamming buttons while running! It goes up to 40% incline AND down to -6% decline!
4. Whenever winter weather comes, I don’t have to take a chance of slipping outside in bad conditions. Also great for running early or late when it’s dark outside!

I’m so grateful to have this treadmill in my home in Flagstaff as an option for getting some runs in at 7,000 ft while training towards my goals on the track!
