I think I spent this last week appropriately balanced between healthy distractions (home improvement projects 👩🏼‍🎨) and cheering for #TeamUSA and all my friends competing in Tokyo. 🇺🇸 🇯🇵 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I was heartbroken to not make the team this summer, but I can’t help but feel so much gratitude for all the good in my life right now.
Kevin and I are moving to California in a couple months and we just invested in a house where I will do all my altitude training  going forward. SO MUCH GOOD!
P.s. painting is very therapeutic, don’t know who needs to read that, but just FYI 😉
