Running is still an off and on thing for me right now. Some days I can and some days I really can’t. I’m still trying to figure out what’s going on with my body and my patience is growing thin.
But I’ll tell you, all I need is one day where I can get a few miles in and BOOM! I get my mojo back immediately.
I’m more grateful than ever to have supportive partners during this vulnerable moment in my journey. One of those that I started working with this year is beam.
