Wish I was spiking up this evening around golden hour to speed around the track with some of the fastest 1500m runners in the country. I know I’ve got the fire inside me and I’ve got my mama’s legs to power me. But the timing has to be right to burn at my hottest. 🔥 
So I follow my gut and coach’s advice and I keep training. It’s all about summer 2021.
