Rainbow 🌈 Rice Bowls with Spicy Curry Peanut Sauce 😋 
The sauce though!!! SO yum!! I made a double batch because I wanted some leftover to have for the week to drizzle on top of pretty much everything I make! It’s that good!

Whisk up...
1/2c natural peanut butter
1/2c water
2tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1tbsp + 1tsp lime juice or rice vinegar
1tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp Sriracha or other hot sauce
2 tsp curry powder

Like I said, you’re gonna wanna drizzle this stuff on absolutely everything you make, so go ahead and do a double batch! 🤤
