What if pilates and I had never met? What if katonapilates and I had never met? 😳 I’m not saying I would be drunk, waking up in someone else’s bed, but I wouldn’t even know what love is! 💕 
Wednesdays for me mean a recovery run and 30 min of pilates in the morning with a ride on the Peloton in the afternoon. It’s a recovery day but it’s still very active.
I am SO grateful for pilates over zoom during this pandemic. It makes me wonder, what if we had never met!?
