Braiding hair (my own or a friend’s) can be so relaxing and calming. I want to share my love of braiding with a whole team of athletes, and here’s how I’m gonna do it:

I’ll randomly pick one winner and that WHOLE TEAM will get to have a braid party with me where we pick a style and braid our hair together over zoom while we chat about being a good teammate, setting goals, how to handle nerves, and anything else you wanna ask me about! I will ALSO send everyone on your team one of my favorite hair ties from TIY to hell your style stay in place! 
We had a couple Zoom braid parties this summer for the BTC high school virtual XC camp and they were so fun that I wanna do it again with another team.
