While we wait for all the votes to be counted, let’s do a giveaway, shall we?? 
Every November for the past few years I have done a giveaway bonanza all month long (it’s my bday month and this is a fun way to celebrate). This year I think we all need to have some fun more than ever! I want to kick off the giveaways with a big one! One of my all-time favorite recovery tools that is ALWAYS in my backpack... the Hypervolt by hyperice! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This massage gun is so powerful, yet so quiet, and so compact that I can (and do) take it anywhere and everywhere I go. It has a few different attachments you can switch out depending on what muscle you are working on and how sore/tight it is. The one in this photo is my favorite for the back and neck! 💆🏼‍♀️ I was having pascaldobert do it on my upper back before every race we did this summer and it was key!
