My new favorite organizational hack is putting little organizer bins in the drawers and shelves of my fridge. It helps keep my produce sorted out so that I don’t end up burying an avocado that goes bad before it surfaces! 😬
Other tips:
🥑 Shop around the outsides of the grocery story, staying out of the aisles as much as possible. All the good stuff is on the outside edges- fruits and veggies, dairy, eggs, meat!
🥑 Pre-cook some of the things you use a lot that take a long time to cook, like brown rice or sweet potatoes, so that you can shorten your dinner prep time when you’re hungry!
🥑 If you’re trying to cut back on alcohol (to help improve recovery from workouts), try a kombucha instead! Still gives you that fizzy tart/sweet kick but without the side effects. 🍹
🥑 I usually make my own salad dressings, and I like to have a little jar of pre-made dressing in the fridge ready to go!
