Mile repeats on the grass with my #Bowermanbabes and some pretty fast braids! This style started out as two braids into a ponytail, but I had to whip it into a bun between mile rep #4 and #5 because the humidity was too real out there! (My long-haired friends will understand) 💦 
It’s Friday! Which means #fastbraidfriday and I’m running miles towards 1 Million Miles for Justice today! If you ran with me this summer, we raised money for the NAACP. This fall we are raising money for the Children’s Defense Fund, a national child advocacy organization fighting to make sure every child in America has what they need to thrive.
