Ramping up my miles 🏃🏼‍♀️ and my cross training 🚴🏼‍♀️to build a strong base. But my body is feeling it! When my knees are creaky and my quads are sore, I love rubbing some of the terravita_cbd warming salve on my joints and muscles before starting the workout.
