Mornings on the coast:
Wake up. Walk myfavoritepie on the beach (try to keep her out of the ocean). Have a banana w almond butter and a coffee while I do some yoga, pilates, stretches, and activation exercises. Go for a run. Make a big veggie egg scramble and answer emails....
The calmness and clarity this type of morning provides is incredible. Makes me think: “This is my life? This is my life!” 🙏🏼 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♀️
