Post-run smiles and nom noms with my favorite vitalproteins collagen bar, chocolate almond sea salt 😋 
After a run I almost always shake up some vitalperformance Recover collagen powder in a water bottle (Yuzu Clementine is my fav flavor) to get rehydrated. If I can’t eat a meal right away I get some protein and carbs in with a collagen bar. Yesterday’s run was super rocky and hilly, so my joints, ligaments, and tendons are definitely gonna need some TLC after that! Collagen is a part of my daily recovery routine and I highly recommend it for any athlete!
While I nom on that I’m usually hitting my tight spots with my hyperice Hypervolt massage gun. I know there are a few of these massage guns out on the market now, but I’m telling you guys I’ve tried the competitors and they don’t stand a chance against the Hypervolt in terms of strength, quietness, and smoothness. When I’m traveling and on the go, it’s the best to be able to give myself a quick little massage! 💆🏼‍♀️
