It was super windy at the track this morning so we punted the workout to tomorrow and went for a beautiful run on my favorite trail instead. If you can’t tell, we weren’t super upset about it! 🤸🏼‍♀️🤪⛰☀️
It’s been a great month of training with my #BowermanBabes and I can’t wait to see what we can do with the fitness we’ve built at 8,000 ft. I wish I could tell you the race plan, but that part is still in progress. Stay tuned!
