16 miles of Church this morning. 🙏🏼 In all of this uncertainty, I feel extremely grateful that I can still go out for my run(s) every day and move my body. I know not everyone has the ability to do their sport right now and even though us distance runners have had to make some changes, it’s still nowhere near as life-altering as the limitations others have experienced in sport and in life. That being said, I’m gonna try really hard not the complain about the weather this week... 🌧🌧🌧🌧 😬
