My #MermaidMonday challenge is still on! There’s 3 Mondays left in March for you to snap a pic at the pool getting your swim on and tag me and tiy_products when you post it using #MermaidMonday. Everyone who completes this challenge will get a TIY hair tie (the best hair tie you’ll ever own) and an autograph card from yours truly! 👋🏻 Last week’s training totals:
-80 miles 🏃🏼‍♀️
-2 hours in the gym 🏋🏼‍♀️
-3.5 hours in the pool and on the bike cross-training swimming🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️
But it’s a new week and it starts all over again!! Kicking it off with 9 miles of running, a gym sesh, and a swim today. 💪🏼
