Yogurt in pasta?! I’m telling you YES! This is a healthy twist on Fettuccini Alfredo using
plain yogurt instead of heavy cream to make a satisfyingly creamy and delicious pasta dish that you can enjoy guilt-free.
My dad made this for my family at least once a week when I was growing up. Then when I went to college I made it for my roommates and teammates at FSU and now I make it for the #BowermanBabes whenever we are at altitude camp. It’s a total crowd-pleaser and takes under 20 min to whip up!
You can read the full recipe on my website here: www.colleenquigley.org/dinner
I call it “Yogurt Fettuccine” because it reminds me of Fettuccini Alfredo, but use any type of noodle you like! It’s great with fusilli, macaroni, penne, bow ties... choose your own adventure!
Be sure to tag me in your pics when you try out this delicious yogurt pasta dish!
