You know what I say to that? Dead friggin wrong. You need to be WORKING to make an impact. You need to be spreading positivity and passion to make a difference. You need to be genuine and gracious and dedicated to make a change in your life and others. 
I want to win an Olympic medal this year. If I do everything I can to earn that medal and still come short, I know that my value does not change. The only way my value would decline is if I didn’t practice what I preach on my way to the end goal and if I didn’t lift others up along the way. 🇺🇸
