📍Colorado!! Ability to breathe oxygen: limited 😬😵
Still smiling though because it’s the struggle at altitude that makes me STRONG. Everyone gets affected by altitude a little differently, and I know that my body especially struggles with the adaptation phase. It takes me about 3 weeks to adjust and until then it’s a daily challenge to be patient with my body and keep my mentality positive. But I KNOW that if I keep my head down and do everything I can each day to be my best, I will come out of this training camp as a better version of myself.
AND I plan to enjoy the process as much as humanly possible along the way. 😊
