It’s a swim day for me! And a giveaway day for you! 🌊
Easy recovery run this morning then I’m headed to the pool for some mermaid time🧜🏼‍♀️
Swimming has become an integral part of my training over the last few years, both when I’m injured and healthy. You can read all about how I started swimming and even get some beginner swim workouts on my website.
And now you can get a chance to WIN a nikeswim suit! This contest is for the mermaids and mermen! nikeswim is giving away one male and one female suit. Here’s what you do to enter: 
1. Comment with your fav thing about the water (mine is that it allows me to work hard even when I can’t run).
2. Tag someone who had been or is injured to encourage them to embrace the mermaid/merman life and get in the pool!
