“I am not going to die from this” 👉🏻 What I am telling myself during workouts.
But sometimes it feels like I might!😵😖😩
At this point in my comeback after injury, I’m itching to get back to real workouts where I HURT and want to quit but find a way to push through. I’m craving that feeling and feel like I’m almost ready to get back to work with my team!
P.s. this pic was taken at altitude camp earlier this summer when I was at peak fitness. My abs do NOT look like that right now and that is okayyyyy. It’s natural for fitness to eb and flow throughout the year!
