👩🏼‍🍳Cooking contest! 🔥 
I know we have some good chefs out there! I wanna see what you got! 👀 🥘 🥗 
After this morning’s workout I came home and whipped up one of my go-tos: a grain bowl with quinoa, onion, brussel sprouts, carrot, fennel, tomato, beets, Parmesan, AND organic free range chicken from butcher_box. 🤤
I try to put high quality, nutritious ingredients in my body (except for the occasional 🍩) to help me recover from workouts and get ready for the next one! 🏃🏼‍♀️ •
