Heading off to altitude today! 🛩#tbt to our winter altitude stint in Flagstaff and this perfect long run with friends and teammates 💗
This time we are going to Park City, coming down to run at the Pre Classic, then heading right back up to altitude until USAs in June. 
Our base phase of training is over (TG) so it's time to do the REAL work and I can't wait! 💪🏻💪🏻
