This fall/winter I was especially grateful for my health and ability to train with the #bowermanbabes, building my base for the track. Leading up to Indoor USAs, shelbo800 and I were side by side at altitude for 6 weeks training our butts off and having a blast doing it! Shelby has the greatest outlook on life- she's always excited to do a workout, she sleeps about 5 hours a night, and gets giddy every time Harry Potter is on TV. Her positive attitude is contagious and I'm so glad I get to chase her around the track this year!
