My favorite part of these recent transformations is that during the time of my “before” photos, I was never mean to myself. {it took me literally years to train myself to be nice} I knew I had goals but I made changes to take care of myself. I never tore myself down. I didn’t beat myself up if I “messed up” my diet or missed a workout. I just get up and keep going. And I’d say I’ve been doing a pretty dang good job. GOOD JOB ZOE. IM PROUD OF MYSELF. ❤️☺️ ——————————
