I miss the stage ... a lot. Last night I had a dream that I went to a posing seminar and it “qualified” me to compete at the Arnold 😂😂😂 lol 
Update on my little inflammation problem: (Costochondritis) - if you missed my stories, I thought I was having bad heart burn that woke me up at 6am on Saturday morning. It got worse and it was hard for me to breath deeply and move certain ways - it felt like breathtaking stabbing pains. It didn’t go away so Sunday night I went to urgent care and they said I have severe inflammation and they basically said my ribs are stabbing me 😅 lol so they gave me a shot to reduce the inflammation, told me to take it easy and sent me on my way. I took the day off work Monday and just went to my classes and felt okay. I went back to work yesterday and it flared up again. (All I was doing was moving tubs of protein and a step ladder but I guess my body didn’t like it) I’m taking extra fish oil to help reduce the inflammation and trying to stay away from inflammatory foods like sugar and dairy, etc.

What caused it? I’m not 100% sure 🤷🏼‍♀️ the doctor said it was from lifting. But I think it was a combination of lifting and stress. Stress can definitely cause inflammation and I definitely have a lot of stress right now (as I’m sure a lot of you do too) ... I need to go do some yoga or somethin 😅 I’m doing better though!! I’m just ready for it to be gone 💯
