When I started my fitness journey, I had the common misconception that if it tastes good, it must not be “good for me.” Back then (2012-2013ish) I didn’t even fully understand what “good for me” was. Now I’m glad I have an understanding of a balanced diet and how to reach my goals through a combination of exercise and eating to fuel me. [this ice cream fits right in - and I usually eat the whole pint 🤗🤷🏼‍♀️😂] GOOD LUCK!!!
