Tbh I don’t really wear shorts out that much cause I don’t feel as confident but I’ve been doing a lot more lately cause self ❤️. (And I’m dang proud of myself) - if you’re an OG follower you know I’ve lost more than 50lbs in the past so I’m SOO SO SUPER DUPER happy. It wasn’t easy - but I’m glad I went through it cause I learned so much. .
When Alyssa first saw me in shorts she said she was shook 😂😂 (@fabuulyssfitness ). I feel really good in my skin and that’s what matters. I’ve had so many laughs today with @fit_and_dedicated and tomorrow I leave for my cruise. .
