I’m definitely a sucker for a good sandwich, and these Vegan Philly Cheesesteaks are just one of those recipes that I find myself craving. They’re made with savory homemade seitan “beef”, a vegan provolone cheese sauce, and lots of sautéed peppers and onions. SO good!
