This easy vegan peach cobbler has been up on the blog for a little bit but I haven’t had a chance to share it here! 

This is such a staple Southern comfort food that you’ll definitely be wanting to make on repeat while peaches are in season! The peach filling is tender, sweet, and lightly spiced & the cobbler topping is crispy, crunchy, and melts in your mouth with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top.
