## Caption

Inspired by traditional Polish pierogis, these quick Vegan Potato Cheddar Pierogi are up on the blog today! These little dumplings are filled with a savory, salty, cheesy 'ham' & potato filling that's pretty irresistible. 
To cut the amount of time it takes to make these in half, I'm using pre-made vegan wrappers by nasoya.
